3.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
4.1 TradingView Indicators: We provide access to proprietary indicators on the TradingView platform. These indicators are designed to assist with market analysis and trading strategies.
4.2 Binance Bot Access: We offer access to a trading bot page on Binance, which allows you to automate your trading strategies based on predefined criteria.
4.3 The Service is provided on a subscription basis. Access to the Service is granted only for the duration of the subscription period for which payment has been received.
5.1 Subscription Fees: You agree to pay all applicable fees related to your subscription to the Service. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a [monthly/quarterly/annual] basis.

6.2 Support: We provide customer support via email and live chat during our business hours GTM+2.
6.3 Service Availability: We strive to ensure the Service is available 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen circumstances may result in temporary service outages.
7.1 Compliance with Laws: You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
7.2 Prohibited Activities: You shall not misuse the Service by engaging in illegal activities, sharing access with others, or using the Service in a manner that could harm us or other users.
8.1 Ownership: All intellectual property rights in the Service, including but not limited to software, trademarks, and content, belong to BlockchainFiesta or our licensors.
8.2 License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your personal use during the subscription period.
9.1 Termination by You: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. No refunds will be provided for the remaining subscription period.
9.2 Termination by Us: We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service at our discretion, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms.
10.1 No Financial Advice: The Service provides tools for market analysis but does not constitute financial advice. You acknowledge that trading is inherently risky, and you use the Service at your own risk.
10.2 Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, BlockchainFiesta shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on our website. Your continued use of the Service after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.
